A Focused Partnership
I take on a small number of organizations at a time so I can be intentional and help scale meaningfully. If the timing isn't right when you reach out, I'll tell you that honestly, and point you toward someone else if I can.
Clear Scope, Clear Expectations
Every engagement has a defined scope, structured as either a fixed project fee or a set block of hours. This approach benefits both sides: you know what to expect and when, and I can commit fully to each engagement without the strain of open-ended arrangements.
Getting Started
Most engagements begin two to three weeks after our initial conversation, giving the work proper time to develop before we start.
